Berwyn Heights (MD) Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad President James V. Ward says the department uses this SAULSBURY rescue truck for water and other rescue work and boat service in the area’s lakes and streams.

The Kankakee Township Fire Department in Rolling Prairie, Indiana, purchased this DANKO rapid intervention vehicle to handle driv-ing on rough terrain that is prone to field and brush fires, according to Chief Tom Wheatbrook.

The Garberville (CA) Fire Protection District designed its PIERCE Contender pumper as an economical replacement pumper, according to Chief Kent Scown, because increased tourism and traffic result in more fires and traffic accidents.
