BILLY D. HAYES
is the new state fire safety educator for the Georgia Insurance and Safety Commissioner`s Office. Previously, he served with the Morrow Fire De-partment in metropolitan Atlanta as fire prevention and public information officer. He is a nine-year veteran of the fire service.
