BENCHMARKS REQUIRING A PERSONNEL ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT (“PAR”)
- Any report of a missing or trapped firefighter.
- A change from offensive to defensive operations.
- Any sudden hazardous event at the incident (i.e., flashover).
- At completion of a search-and-rescue effort by crews.
- At 30-minute elapsed time.
- At the report of fire under control.
- Any time the incident commander requests a “PAR.”
