Photos: Boston Six-Alarm Fire

Early Monday, Boston (MA) firefighters responded to a fire that went to six alarms at 183 Maverick Street in East Boston.

On arrival before 4 a.m., firefighters found heavy flames on all three floors of the multifamily building, with fire extending to a neighboring structure. The initial three-alarm fire eventually prompted additional alarms and spread to three neighboring homes, according to a report from masslive.com. Ladder 2 rescued one individual from the second floor.
