The California Fire Chiefs Association–Communications Section (Northern Division) has elected BOB BASSET, communications manager for Alameda County, its 1996 president and DAVE LARTON, dispatcher for the Gilroy Fire Department, as its vice-president. DAVE SWALL, former resource coordinator for Marin County Fire, will continue as treasurer. RANDALL LARSON, senior dispatcher for San Jose Fire, will continue as secretary.
