In this week’s Humpday Hangout, hosts Frank Ricci and P.J. Norwood speak with guest Steve Pegram about planning for contingencies when static plans fail. Steve Pegram is the Township Administrator in Goshen, Ohio. Prior to being appointed, Administrator Pegram had a 32-year career in the fire service, retiring in January 2022 as Goshen fire chief, a position he had held for 13 years. Pegram is a past-president of the International Society of Fire Service Instructors (ISFSI) and keynoter at FDIC International.
