NAMES IN THE NEWS

DAVID DALRYMPLE received the 2007 Harvey Grant Excellence in Rescue Award from FireRescue magazine for his work in vehicle extrication and education. Dalrymple (photo,center) is a 25-year veteran of the emergency services; contributes columns, Webcasts, and training videos for Fire Engineering magazine and FireEngineering.com; and is a Fire Department Instructors Conference educator on vehicle extrication.


A New Jersey certified fire service instructor, Dalrymple is the lead instructor for vehicle rescue programs at the Hunterdon County (NJ) Emergency Services Training Center and is the executive educator for RoadwayRescue LLC. A career EMS provider with the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital/St. Peter’s University Hospital Emergency Medical Services in New Brunswick, New Jersey, he is also an executive member of the Transportation Emergency Rescue Committee (TERC).
