Cepco Tool Company: Vertical upright supports side-wind jack designed to catch lip under vehicle rocker panel when vehicle is on its side. Used with chain when vehicle is on roof. Upright stands 15 to 20 degrees from vertical and is set in diamond-plate pivot plate.
